How to activate windows license via powershell and cmd

Option 1 - Run PowerShell (As admin)

DISM/Online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:[Product key with dash] /AcceptEula [hit Enter]

Option 2 - Run CMD (As Admin)

slmgr.vbs/ipk [Product key with dash]  [hit Enter]

slmgr.vbs /ato [hit Enter]
