Nik Khairol Anezam

Hi, I'm Nik Khairol Anezam, an IT professional with experience in infrastructure support, system administration, and Microsoft 365 management. I currently support enterprise IT operations, covering servers, networks, security, and end-user services.

My day-to-day responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, license administration, SharePoint permissions, and email services. I also use PowerShell to automate tasks, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency. In addition, I support Power BI reporting platforms and help ensure smooth business operations.

On the infrastructure side, I have hands-on experience with Sophos firewalls, Dell switches, Peplink load balancers, and various server technologies. Security is also a key part of my role, including MFA implementation, endpoint protection, email security, and incident response support.

I joined this portal to share the knowledge and experiences I have gained throughout my IT career. Some issues may seem simple or routine to experienced IT professionals, but they can be challenging and time-consuming for others who encounter them for the first time.
